consulting company called JLM Consulting, Inc. as a Public Speaker, Corporate Trainer and Motivational Speaker.
He goes into Organization, Corporation and Private engagement to Empower, Motivate and develops people to the new way of life.
In his guest speaking engagements, John uses personal tales, historic events and exercises of improvisation to bring awareness
to issues of communication, risk-taking, teamwork, management, sales, and more.
Unlike speakers who lecture for the entire speaking time, John facilitates fun, easy improv activities within the audience -- be it at luncheon tables or rows of seated attendees. Laughter quickly fills the room as the participants begin to recognize their own communication quirks that both hinder and help them succeed.
As a Life Coach, John does a solo presentation "Who are you going to Blame now". John challenges attendees to look at how they view failure. When we overcome that view, we free ourselves to seek opportunities! Experience his playful and enlightening improv exercises during the speech.
John Moore's career in the Mortgage, Banking and Financial industry began as a Loan Processor progressed through, Closer/Funder, Underwriter, Loan Officer and Credit Manager. John has 12 years in the industry covering experience in trust activities with World Marketing Alliance Securities Inc.: internal audit with Cendant Mortgage; Mortgage lending with Barnett Bank and Victory Residential Mortgage; loan serving with Washington Mutual, regulatory compliance with the Law Offices of Gerald Shapiro, and Quality Control with Household Financial. Formerly the Loan Quality Education Officer for JLMC Mortgage Corporation working exclusively on Fraud Prevention and Detection Department. While employed by JLMC Mortgage Corporation. John was responsible for managing/facilitating the Fraud Awareness Training Curriculum for all Sale and Operation staff across the United States.
John Moore is also serves on the many committees abroad and on the Board of (ICARE) Interchurch Coalition for Action Reconciliation and Empowerment and currently volunteers for LA youth as Career Development Trainer.
